Context – IXCHIQ is the world's first chikungunya vaccine. A company providing the vaccine requested a training be made to introduce the disease and new vaccine to nurses responsible for administering it. No publicly available chikungunya training existed at the time this was made.
Conditions & Role – I independently created this training using materials provided directly from the manufacturer. At the time this was created, I had less than a year's experience using Articulate Storyline.
Scope – This training has been part of the the company's New Employee Orientation program since its creation in April 2024.

Communicating with Key Stakeholders
Context – A company signed a contract with a knowledge management service called KMS Lighthouse. The company only purchased enough user licenses for some of their employees to use the service, because C-Level Execs wanted to ensure the service would be a helpful addition to the company. This presentation evaluated the performance of the tool midway through the contract year.
Conditions & Role – I served as project manager for the platform's rollout, and independently evaluated the tool's performance via data collection, survey distribution, and survey and data analysis. To effectively communicate with key stakeholders, I tied the findings back to the company's top goals. I used Google Workspace (Forms, Excel, and Slides) to complete these tasks.
Scope – The presentation was successful and resulted in the CEO choosing to expand the contract for the full company's usage.

Data Reporting
Context – A company's recruiting team requested an assessment to determine the tech-savviness of job candidates. I developed this assessment, which includes multiple choice questions, a simulation, and a reporting dashboard for the use of the Recruiting Team.
Conditions & Role – I independently created this assessment using guidance from the Director of Training and Development, E-Learning Heroes, and YouTube. The simulation portion of this assessment required a lot of creative thinking to allow for multiple correct answers in some slides. Additionally, some questions are multi-step questions, which required creative scoring strategies. At the time this was created, I had less than a year's experience using Articulate Storyline.
Scope – Recruiters are currently using this assessment to determine the compatibility of job candidates for the company.

Competencies -
Data Analysis
Microsoft Excel
Survey Writing
Report Writing
Visual Design
Context – A company requested an analysis performed to determine what impact, if any, the amount of time allotted to a company's sales appointments affected appointment outcomes. Key findings included the following:
• Sales Reps reported that they felt pressed for time in multicountry appointments, group appointments, appointments with kids, and more.
• Based on a data report and survey results, 7.5% to 10% of appointments are pressed for time or run over time due to multicountry appointments or kids being present in consults.
• The data report found a significant decrease in revenue per customer for group appointments, especially for 2 client appointments, which is about 20% of appointments.
Conditions & Role – To obtain raw data, an internal report was pulled and a survey to Sales Reps was conducted. I performed all data analysis, wrote the full report, and presented the report to C-Level execs and other stakeholders. I also suggested intervention strategies for stakeholders to discuss.
Scope – Intervention strategies are currently being implemented. A 6-month followup data analysis will determine the success of the strategies, and the next course of action will be determined from there.
Competencies -

Apply learning theory to design practice
Apply interaction design principles
Collaborate effectively with others
Produce clear, concise, and grammatically correct messages
Context – Gamification is the strategy of adding game-like elements to lessons or courses to increase learner motivation. These artifacts are part of a gamified lesson on Gamification, created in Canvas LMS. This lesson was a group project in EME 5608 Trends and Issues in Instructional Design (Fall 2021).
Conditions – The lesson needed to be no more than 30 minutes long and fully asynchronous. My team of 5 collaborated on all parts of the project, including establishing objectives, creating a timeline, and creating content for the lesson. Access to the Canvas LMS was provided by FSU's IT department.
Scope – This project has been kept internal to the course and is not currently being used for instructional purposes. This was a final product, although there are still areas for improvement that would be addressed if this course were to go live.
Role – I created the Why Gamify? quiz, a post-quiz reflection page, provided studies about gamification for learner review, and conducted final edits to the course. I took the lead in organizing a timeline for the project and organizing a collaborative outline of tasks in Google Docs.
